  Trailer is estimated to be three quarters full of usable concrete curing blankets including or similar to White Cap 12 foot by 25 foot R5 and White Cap 6 foot by 25 foot R5 blankets; blankets are used but in usable condition and are contained in a 1969 forty foot Fruehauf trailer (vin II2252) which is included in this disposal action. Based on a visual inspection of the trailer the following is provided: frame is rusty but assessed as OK; floor and deck are assessed as Fair; rear doors are site fabricated out of plywood but with traditional trailer hardware installed; air supply lines have multiple leaks; lights do not appear to work; brakes are Fair; tires include four new Daytona D415T tires on new rims, remaining tires are worn and weather checked but holding air, four additional used tires and wheels are located in the trailer; hubs need fluid. Buyer is responsible for removal from the site and it is expected to be towed; if it is to be hauled on a flat trailer our on-site contractor will place it on your trailer, but you will be responsible for securing the load. This trailer will be connected to your transport or loaded on your conveyance by the Governments onsite contractor, but you are responsible for wheel chocks, dunnage, temporary transport lights, load restraint devices, etc. To enter our construction site, you and/or your conveyance operator must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including, steel toed shoes, hard hat, high visibility/reflective safety apparel, safety glasses and leather gloves.
