It is the contents of the building shown in the first photo of the attached PDF. The age of the equipment is unknown. The condition of the equipment is unknown. Everything in the photos is included except for wooden crates that are seen in some of the photos. Otherwise the age is Unknown. Some of the items include under counter freezers and refrigerators, counter with refrigerator, store front awning, a variety of refrigerators, pizza warmers, restaurants counters, ovens, pizza ovens, bread oven, variety of pizza equipment and shelving, ice cream machine, deep fryer, hand wash stations, specialty coffee machine, milk shake machine, trash bins, soda fountains and parts, gondola shelving, restaurant table and chairs,hand trucks, pallet jack, ice chests, misc smallwares, and more. These are just the items visible on the surface. There may be missing parts. The successful bidder must provide all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to remove, and load this equipment. AAFES cannot provide assistance, equipment or tools. All work must be accomplished in a safe manner and in compliance with any applicable codes or regulations. Any debris generated by the removal of the equipment will be the responsibility of the successful bidder and must be properly disposed of.
