A/C, stove, microwave, water system, antenna all work. Queen mattress is new. Minor wear and tear throughout, damage to the interior back wall by bunk beds, roof vent covers damaged, water damage to floor trim and bottom of closet, closet door warped, missing cabinet face in kitchen, heater does not work, E-brake cable not working, screen door damaged, siding / trim loose on right side exterior, awning damaged, refrigerator / freezer not tested. There may be additional problems that have not been discovered.
