This item is a two bedroom, two bathroom manufactured housing unit that was converted into an office. The kitchen is intact. This unit has dirty carpet with stains, cracks in the wall and loose trim throughout the unit. Stains in the ceiling throughout the unit, stains on carpet in back bedroom closet, dirty siding, holes in siding, has three flat tires, three missing tires, and one tire off the rim. Major Missing Items: Microwave, bedrails, mattresses, sofa, table and chairs. Other parts may be broken or missing from what is listed in the item description.
