  Cargo truck, 1998 Stewart & Stevenson, Model LMTV, M-1078, 6 cylinder, diesel odometer reads 16,645. Repairs include but not limited to vehicle has been inspected by DOT and the following issues were found 3 tires have dry rot cracks and tire damage, looks as though vehicle was drug with the brakes locked up, engine has several leaks front timing cover, turbo, power steering hose, fuel shut off, steering box has leak, canvas covers torn and cut, all belts need replaced, muffler bracket broken, passenger door handle broken off, small holes punched into tail gate, batteries are frozen and swelled up. We were unable to get the unit to power up with a jump.
