  Trailer 530, Enhanced Serum Lab Is a 2 piece Self-contained, modular Laboratory unit. HVAC units and air flow systems are not working and missing many parts, Steam Boiler and Steam Sterilizer ARE NOT USABLE Due to Freezing, vessels may be compromised, also missing many parts. The main section, the laboratory part, is 15 Feet wide and 78 feet long and approximately 13 Feet 2 inches tall from roof top to bottom of frame, excluding axle and tie down hardware. Lights, the 5 to 6 axles, wheels and hitch assembly have all been removed from building and disposed of. Exhaust fans filters will need to be removed from roof before transporting. The second section, the mechanical room and air handling unit, is 7ft.8inches wide and 44 Ft.4 inches long and approximately 13 ft. tall from top of roof to bottom of frame, excluding axle and tie down hardware. Lights, the 4 axles, wheels and hitch assembly have all been removed and disposed of. Air conditioner condensers are mounted on concrete pad. Wiring will need to be disconnected between laboratory and utility room sections. Both units are setting on concrete blocks on a concrete pad. Buyer shall be responsible to provide for all rigging for roof top equipment removal and for building set up for transporting and transporting. Buyer will need and shall provide all lights, axles, wheels, hitch assemblies and or what is required to remove and transport the buildings.
