  2005 DOUBLE WIDE HOME RETAIL SPACE (HXYAAA9106E908 (KNOXTRAILER )) One Norris Homes Modular Portable Double Wide Building previously used for retail space. Building is 31 ft wide and 68 ft long. Building was manufactured in 2005. It has one restroom, two air conditioning units, and two breaker boxes. Only the building is included in this auction. None of the other items stored in the building are included and will be empty when you come to pick it up. The building is sitting on concrete blocks and we do not have wheels and tires. One of the air conditioning units has a bad compressor. We have provided more photos on the attached PDF but we strongly recommend you look at this before bidding so you know what issues you may face in moving it. The successful bidder must provide all labor, tools, and equipment necessary prepare and load this building. AAFES cannot provide assistance, equipment or tools. The utilities will be disconnected. The successful bidder will be responsible to confirm utilities are disconnected prior to commencing removal. All work must be accomplished in a safe manner and in compliance with any applicable codes or regulations. Any debris generated by the removal of the equipment will be the responsibility of the successful bidder and must be properly disposed of. For safety reasons you must be prepared to transport this within 48 hours after you put this on wheels. This is a military base and you cannot leave this sitting on base. You must remove both sides of the building not leave anything behind.
