Thermostat missing, kitchen faucet missing, 1 burner on stove not connected, minor damage/wear and tear throughout. fresh water system, black water system working. microwave, heater and water heater not tested. Trailer has minor scrapes and scratches to the exterior and damage to the wheel well trim on the left side, right side exterior outlet missing, left rear jack missing. Damage to awning. No spare tire. Trailer has not been used for the past year, tires hold air but may have unnoticed dry rot.
