  1994 Raytheon Hawker, Manufacturer: Hawker Beechcraft, Serial Number: 258257, Registration Number: N304AT, Aircraft Registration Date: 8/21/2012, Aircraft Registration Expiration Date: 8/31/2018, Airframe Total Time Hrs: 6085, Number of Landings: 3837, Airframe Condition: 5 out of 10, Any Historical or Current Damage: None that can be determined, The airframe and engine time of this aircraft was calculated on a journal log system until it was confiscated in 12/2016. The aircraft was new and put into service on 3/1994. The aircraft has accumulated 6085 hours since it was put into service. It is impossible at this time to determine the complete and accurate damage history of this aircraft due to missing logbooks. . The fuselage appears clean with no wrinkles. The paint is original and shows some blemishing and minor rust is developing around many rivets. This is normal due to the fact that the aircraft is sitting on an outside ramping south Florida, where corrosion is a problem. The air stair door lines up correctly, the door gasket and locking mechanism was in good working order at the time of the inspection. The exterior windows show no unusual issues and appear to be properly sealed. The two fuel cap areas show signs of wear, and paint chipping, which appears to be normal. There was a small amount of fuel staining under the left wing, but there were no visual fuel leaks. Control surfaces, all three landing gear, and tires appear normal. The gear doors are attached properly, brake wear appears normal. Static wicks were all in place at the time of the inspection. One hydraulic line was slightly frayed on the left main landing gear. There were no visible fluid leaks on any part of the aircraft. All inspection plates are attached and appear normal. There is some paint chipping and rusting an attachment screws. Airframe and engine logbooks that were presented and reviewed were original and legible, however there are missing logbooks. Logbooks and Weight and Balance, FAA 337 Forms, and Equipment List were located at 1001 Cypress Creek Road, Suite #103, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The aircraft registration and and airworthiness certificates were located in the cockpit. The Pilot Operating Handbook (POH) was also located in the cockpit. Date of the last phase inspection was 9/30/2016. When the aircraft was in service it appears that annual inspections and all necessary inspections were being carried out. The engine logbooks that were available indicate that routine maintenance was carried out as required, and defects corrected as they occurred. The 12 and 24 month aircraft inspections are due. Transponder recertification date was 9/30/2016. ELT Battery due date was also 9/30/2016. Many service bulletins and airworthiness directives AD’s have been complied with according to the logbooks that were available. There is some oxidation and lack of sheen in certain areas. There is some cracking and slight corrosion areas, as well as paint chipping and rusting on some screws. The interior is clean. There are 9 cabin seats and 2 cockpits seats. The carpet is in average condition. There are two wood fold away tables in the cabin. The headliner is in good condition.
