  Mobile Home, Year/Mfg unknown, but construction date is 1987. Trailer is approximately 672 square feet, wood-frame, conventional modular trailer structure supported on blocks, wood siding on the exterior walls with wooden trim, roofing is performed sheet metal, windows were replaced in 2008 with double pane, insulated windows with vinyl frames, exterior doors replaced 2012 with hollow metal frame doors, rehabilitations to the furnace done in 2013, vinyl flooring in interior and layout consists of a front living area, one bedroom, one bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower stall, and kitchen containing refrigerator, sink, counters, and cabinets, but no stove, interior walls are faux-wood paneling, furnace is an oil-fired furnace with 3 in-floor vents. Furnace is fueled from a 250 gallon heating oil tank. Fuel Storage Tank included with trailer. Hot water heater is a 42 gallon electric heater with an attached reverse osmosis membrane system. Electric is a 240 120V single phase power with residential-style panel board. There is a ball hitch on the trailer. The estimated size is 2-3 4 . The hitch is on the airport side of the building. Fencing on 3 sides may need to be removed by purchaser in order to get the trailer out unless the airport won’t allow them to tow the trailer on airport grounds. Everything must be coordinated with the Airport by purchaser. There are 3 axles and 4 tires; 2 sets of complete rims and tires appear to be missing. Tires that are there appear to be okay (not dry-rotted). Purchaser is encourage to inspect axles & tires as rims and tires are missing. Purchaser will need to provide additional tires and rims for towing. Utilities will be turned off by government; electrical and plumbing is secured underneath the trailer. May or may not need an electrician to wrap up the wires underneath the trailer for transport. May or may not need a plumber to cut piping prior to transport. Fuel tank will be disconnected from the trailer and emptied and is included in the sale. Wooden stairs included. Purchaser will be required to dismantle prior to towing. Skirting is included and purchaser responsible for removing prior to towing.
