  Lot consisting of Oil Purification System consists of 3 separate skids: Vacudyne vacuum system J69-34; Chromalox heating system and Hilco-Hyflow oil filtration assembly. Vacudyne Unit J69-34: 600 GPH oil treatment system mounted on 7 x 14 steel platform with castors, capable of vacuum drying and filling high voltage power transformers with vacuum dehydrated and degasified oil. Unit is designed to process insulating oil containing 100 PPM total water and fully saturated with air at12% by volume in a single pass at the 600 GPH rated capacity and deliver oil to meet the following specifications: dielectric strength not less than 40 KV with new oils; total soluble water content less than 10 PPM; total soluble air content less than 0.35%; and filter of solid contaminants at 3 microns nominal. System equipped with 540/KDH-150 Kinney mechanical booster pump system; Estimated weight is 9000 Lbs. Separate Chromalox oil heating assembly cart is provided for additional heat-up capacity. Consists of 30 KW heater wired for three circuits, thermostat, circuit breaker, contacts, manual controls and associated valves/piping. Equipment and control panel mounted on 3 x 6 cart with pivoting front axle. Estimated weight is 1200 Lbs. Purchase also includes separate Hilco-Hyflow HFB-10-X Duplex oil filter cart; capable of processing 1200 gallons of oil per hour using fullers earth cartridges. Cart has 2 multi-element filter tanks of welded steel construction. Each tank contains 10 filter cartridges holding about 35 pounds of fullers earth per cartridge. Complete assembly weighs estimated 6000 Lbs without clay or oil and is mounted on a steel base equipped with hard rubber wheels and 4 x 8 in size. Purchase also includes 52 bags of filter media at 50 Lbs each on 2 pallets; 1 box gaskets, 3 lbs. each; 10 boxes Hilpak tubes 1 lbs each; 4 boxes filter cartridges at 20 lbs each. Powerhouse staff will assist with loading equipment onto flatbed trailers only; no loading dock at the location for loading into trucks. Property will be drained prior to pick up. Winning bidder must comply with OSHA, EPA and state of North Dakota regulations. All items must be removed from the project site.
