  2000 FLEETWOOD TRAILER, Trailer bedroom was gutted and made into an office on the one end and had lights and heat added that could work again if wired. AC and heat do not work in trailer and has leak in office roof. Can be moved tires will hold air but tires have extensive dry rot damage and will need to be replaced. Has not been trailered in 10 years. An inspection of the TRAILER is strongly suggested. Purchaser is responsible for removal. Inspection and removal by appointment only.
